    Lorin is a licensed marriage and family therapist (LMFT) and has been actively practicing in the Denver metro area for the last decade. Prior to joining The Windmill School, she was the program manager of School Based Services at Aurora Mental Health Center, a robust mental health program supporting Cherry Creek School District and Aurora Public Schools. Through this role, she oversaw the delivery of high-quality mental health services, and provided training to educators in the areas of mental health support and trauma responsive practices. Throughout her professional experience, she has built an extensive understanding of the complexities of school systems and has demonstrated excellent skill in program development and growth. She is a faculty member at Regis University and sits on the Board of Directors for Rocky Mountain Human Services. She holds a BS in Human Development and Family Studies and a minor in Spanish from Colorado State University and a M.Ed in Couples and Family Therapy from the University of Oregon.

    Jackie is a Research Associate Professor at The University of Denver. She has extensive experience in inclusion research and implementation. Jackie has a PhD in Education and Human Development, and she holds a Master of Social Work degree. Jackie’s research, coaching, publishing, and speaking efforts focus on inclusion, belonging, and children’s social and emotional competence.

    Jessica is an experienced and committed educational leader offering over twenty years of experience. Jessica has experience in many different roles, such as teacher, principal, district administrator and a national trainer. Jessica has a degree in early childhood, a masters in Elementary Administration, and a doctorate in Education Administration. Jessica has strength in building programs and resources to promote teacher and student success. Jessica fosters teacher collaborations through workshops and professional development as well as hands on support in the classroom. She has a proven history of developing, implementing and managing educational improvement initiatives to meet learning objectives. With Jessica's wide range of experiences, she has the ability to support teachers, students, and schools within any community setting.
